 Tom Craig - Founder and Chairman
Tom founded Craig Corporate in 1985. He is now Chairman of Craig Corporate and sits on the board (as a non-executive or Chairman) of several companies including @sipp and TFC. During his early career, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young & Co (now Ernst & Young), after which he joined ICFC (now 3i) as an Investment Controller. He then spent some time in industry before moving into management consultancy with PA. |

 Paul Yacoubian - Managing Director
Paul joined Craig Corporate in 1988 and is responsible for leading its development in both of its key service areas, business management and corporate finance. He also sits on the board of a number of companies including Ferguson Seacabs Limited (oil and gas) and ACS Limited (hirewear). During his early career he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co, during which he spent some time on secondment to the investment team of the Scottish Development Agency (which was later spun into Scottish Equity Partners). |

 Bill Finlay – Director
Bill joined Craig Corporate in 1997 and has been involved in a variety of Business Management roles including Finance Director and Financial Controller, as well as acting as non-executive Director for various SME companies. He has successfully implemented a number of turnaround plans and has performed a large number of diligence and investigation assignments. Bill also has considerable experience in corporate finance deals including MBO’s, acquisitions and disposals. Bill qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Thomson McClintock (now KPMG) and has had a number of senior management roles in industry. Before joining Craig Corporate, Bill was with AT Mays, the travel agent, latterly as Group Accountant and Company Secretary. |

 Neil Grimmond – Assistant Director
Neil joined Craig Corporate in 2005 and has been involved with both corporate finance and business management assignments. Corporate finance projects have ranged from diligence to assisting with sales and acquisitions of companies with particular focus on MBO’s. Neil is an active member of the Member Services Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland . Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC where he gained significant experience across a wide range of sectors. |

 Stuart McGhie - Assistant Director
Stuart joined Craig Corporate from PwC and has been involved in business turnaround, acquisition, target identification and valuation, company disposals and raising finance. Stuart qualified as a CA with Hardie Caldwell in Glasgow, where he gained exposure to a wide range of owner-managed businesses before spending 2 years with PwC in Guernsey where his client base comprised private equity funds, funds of funds and private banks. |

 Derek Hanlan - Associate Director
Derek joined Craig Corporate in June 2008, and is responsible for the tax services offered by the firm, Derek qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor with Deloitte, where he managed a portfolio of personal tax clients. He subsequently worked with Ernst & Young, gaining further experience with entrepreneurial and owner-managed business clients and providing tax planning strategies. |
