Neil joined Craig Corporate in 2005 and has been involved with both corporate finance and business management assignments. Corporate finance projects have ranged from diligence to assisting with sales and acquisitions of companies with particular focus on MBO’s. Neil is an active member of the Member Services Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland .
Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC where he gained significant experience across a wide range of sectors. |
