Paul joined Craig Corporate in 1988 and is responsible for leading its development in both of its key service areas, business management and corporate finance. He also sits on the board of a number of companies including the Ferguson Group (oil and gas) and ACS Limited (hirewear).

Bill joined Craig Corporate in 1997 and has been involved in a variety of Business Management roles including Finance Director and Financial Controller, as well as acting as non-executive Director for various SME companies. He has successfully implemented a number of turnaround plans and has performed a large number of diligence and investigation assignments. Bill also has considerable experience in corporate finance deals including MBO’s, acquisitions and disposals.

Neil joined Craig Corporate in 2005 and has been involved with both corporate finance and business management assignments. Corporate finance projects have ranged from diligence to assisting with sales and acquisitions of companies with particular focus on MBO’s.

Paul joined Craig Corporate in 2016 and has been involved in various diligence, fund raising and financial modelling assignments.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with Grant Thornton’s commercial audit practice in Edinburgh after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (B’Acc) at Glasgow University. After returning to Glasgow with Grant Thornton, Paul was responsible as the External Audit Manager for a number of Scotland’s largest public sector bodies (including Scotland’s national agency for sport and Scotland’s Fire & Rescue Service) alongside a number of privately owned businesses in the whisky, manufacturing and property sectors.
In 2015 Paul was presented with an ICAS award for “Demonstrating the Values of a CA” and was a semi-finalist for the “One Young CA” accolade, a prize given for leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation within the profession.
Paul has strong experience in the practice of scenario planning and helping organisations think about how the future will impact upon their long-term financial strategy.

Nicola joined Craig Corporate in April 2018 and will be involved in diligence, interim financial management and corporate finance projects including assisting with the sale of businesses.
Nicola qualified as a Chartered Account (ICAS) and Chartered Tax Adviser (Chartered Institute of Taxation) with KPMG’s tax department in Glasgow after studying Physics and Mathematical Finance at Strathclyde University.
At KPMG Nicola assisted in providing both corporate tax compliance services and tax advisory services to a range of clients with differing requirements.
Nicola moved from KPMG to AlixPartners (formerly Zolfo Cooper) where she was involved in a number of formal insolvency and advisory engagements including trading administrations and contingency planning of distressed businesses across different sectors. This included assisting in the development of strategies to optimise returns to stakeholders in respect of underperforming businesses; preparation of independent business reviews to allow financial stakeholders of a business to make informed investment decisions; analysis of management accounts and financial forecast to assess their veracity and review margins/costs/profitability and trends.NGreen@craigcorp.co.uk +44 (0)141 243 4980
Ross joined Craig Corporate in October 2017 and will be involved in diligence, interim financial management and corporate finance projects including assisting with the sale of businesses.
Ross qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with EY’s audit department in Glasgow after studying Accounting & Finance at Edinburgh University. Tom founded Craig Corporate in 1985. He sits on the board (as a non-executive or Chairman) of several companies including Houston Bottling and Co-Pack. Tom was also delighted to have been appointed as the Chairman of the Scottish Golf Union, leading it through to it’s amalgamation with the LSGA.
During his early career, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young & Co (now Ernst & Young), after which he joined ICFC (now 3i) as an Investment Controller. He then spent some time in industry before moving into management consultancy with PA.
