Jamie has been part of the Craig Corporate team since February 2023, having joined the firm from PwC’s Financial Services Audit Team. Jamie’s previous engagements at PwC focused on Multinational Funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Jamie holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and an MSC in Management from the University of Glasgow, where he was awarded the Adam Smith Scholar Award for academic achievement.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAS in 2022.

At Craig Corporate, Jamie has broad experience across investment activities and owner-managed businesses. Jamie regularly supports VC portfolio companies post-investment, enhancing finance processes in complex accounting areas. In the owner-managed market, Jamie has advised across both sell-side and buy-side transactions, including advice on company valuation, negotiation, and post-deal implementation.

Niall joined Craig Corporate in April 2023, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) in 2022.

He began his career in 2018 as part of Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Audit department before moving to Johnston Carmichael in 2021, where he specialised in supporting Scottish SMEs.

At Craig Corporate, Niall works with a diverse range of investors and SME clients, providing financial modelling, cashflow planning, and strategic guidance to help businesses navigate periods of transition and change.
Since joining the firm, Niall has served as Interim Head of Finance for a multi-depot agricultural group, where he oversaw financial management and controls, developed robust financial models, and supported the implementation of new processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Euan joined Craig Corporate from Gresham House in July 2025, bringing both accounting and investment management experience to the team.

He has extensive expertise in financial modelling, buy-side M&A, and financial due diligence across the software, technology, consumer goods, natural capital, and forestry sectors.

In his previous role at Deloitte, Euan supported and led on business-wide transformation projects while based temporarily in Bucharest, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring business continuity. He also has experience working with venture capital portfolio companies post-investment, helping to develop and strengthen their accounting and reporting frameworks.

At Craig Corporate, Euan supports the firm’s VC and PE clients with financial due diligence and assists growth businesses seeking investment.

Jamie joined Craig Corporate as an Associate in 2021 upon his return from the United States, where he attended both St Mary’s College of California and the University of California, Berkeley. Returning to the UK with a Master of Science in Business Analytics, and International Diplomas in both Marketing and Project Management, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and to his clients.

At Craig Corporate, Jamie is working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant with ICAS, building on his 1st Class Honours Degree in Accounting & Finance from Strathclyde University.

Having been with the firm since 2021, Jamie has exposure across many different projects and disciplines. Jamie enjoys working with companies where digital marketing and e-commerce form part of their route to market.
