Craig Corporate, a Glasgow-headquartered business advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ross McAdam to Director. The promotion recognises the continuing investment in Craig Corporate’s people following a period of sustained growth at the firm.

Ross, who has been part of the Craig Corporate team since 2019, will continue to lead the firm’s service provision. Recently, Ross was engaged as the interim CFO for a post-series C high-growth B2B SaaS business providing financial leadership and stability. In addition, Ross has led the successful provision of financial due diligence for deals totalling over £50M, as well as buy-side advisory and capital raising services.
